You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in it's original packaging i.e. not installed. Any markings from installation will not be accepted. All returns are subject to approval. The following items are non-returnable: electrical components, closeout and clearance items. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone 705-375-2232 for a RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number before returning your items. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Returns shipped COD will NOT be accepted. All unclaimed, or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover shipping costs both ways). Item(s) must be received within 30 days from date of purchase.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS: If an order qualified for "free shipping' and is being returned, a chargeback will be incurred for what the shipping cost would have been and will be deducted from the return amount. If only part of the order is being returned, and the item(s) would have effected the initial shipping cost this will incur a nominal chargeback. If the item(s) would have had no effect on the initial shipping cost, it will incur no chargeback.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Opened or used
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned more then 30 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
- Electrical components
WARRANTY: Most parts are warrantied against manufacturing defects. All warranty is subject to manufacturers approval. All items may have to be returned to manufacturer for approval, and refunds are issued after manufacturer issues credit.
