| There has
been a marina at Hamer Bay for more than 50 years. Originally founded by J.J.Hamer,
he not only serviced boats and motors, he would build you a cottage, a dock or a boathouse
or transport you to Gravenhurst in a 1938 Greavette. He founded a business that was
trusted and relied upon. |
| Life is now
a little more specialized than it was in JJ's time, but we are restoring the
tradition of trust and professional service. We have factory trained mechanics who will
service your Johnson Outboard, Volvo SternDrive or Mercruiser like it was their own.
We can offer you a 15 foot sailboat or a 24 foot keel boat that sails like a 40
footer. We also have fiberglass and aluminum boats. |
| If you want
to cheat the gas companies and stay in shape, we have Windsurfers, Paddle Boats and
Canoes. |
| We haven't
forgotten that J.J.Hamer left some boats and motors behind. We still have the
original service manuals for Greavette, Buchanen, Kermatt, Chrysler, to mention just a
few. |
